When will conference early online registration open?
Conference pre-registration typically goes online the first week of July. An eblast will go out to the listserv announcing when registration is officially open.
When will conference early online registration end?
Conference pre-registration will end on Friday, September 29, 2023.
Can I register for the conference after early online registration ends?
After Friday, September 29, all registration must be done on-site at the Benton Convention Center in Durham. Onsite registration rates are higher than pre-registration rates.
What were the 2022 early online registration rates?
Full Conference (APA-NC Chapter Member) - $314, Full Conference (Non-Member) - $354, Full Conference (Citizen, Board, or Retired/Life APA Member) - $244, Full Conference (Student) - $100, Friday Only - $75, Wednesday Only & Friday Only - $249 each day
Do you anticipate an increase to the 2023 registration rates?
We anticipate an increase of no more than 5%-10% for registration fees in 2023.
Do you allow changes and refunds to registrations?
Changes and requests for a full refund must be received by Friday, September 9, 2023. No exceptions! Processing fees may apply for all changes and requests. All changes and requests after September 9, 2023 will include a $50 administration fee.
Do students receive a discounted rate?
Students with a valid school ID receive a discounted rate. The student rate does include all conference sessions and receptions. Students must pay for mobile sessions and other activities that require additional payment.
What types of payments do you accept at Onsite Registration?
Credit cards are preferred, but cash and checks will also be accepted.
Can I register for Mobile Sessions and other activities at Onsite Registration?
Yes, if spots are still available.
