To complement Cary’s team and be successful, this position requires someone with strong capabilities in facilitating consensus who can work alongside internal and external partners, communicating in a way that brings others along, while cultivating and maintaining an environment of trust and transparency.  
The Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing transportation and traffic engineering related items for compliance with Town of Cary codes, ordinances, and standard specifications related to site development as part of a land development review team. This position will also perform difficult professional work participating in the planning, design, construction and project management of a variety of traffic and transportation related projects. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Transportation Engineering Manager and the Assistant Transportation Director.
