When will conference online registration open?

Registration will open in the summer.

When will conference online registration end?
Conference pre-registration will end around October 3, 2026 at midnight. 

Where can I view the agenda?

1. Agenda in Whova. Please note the Whova app has the most up to date agenda. We encourage attendees to use the Whova app before and during the conference.
2. Looking for a PDF? We got ya.

Do you allow changes and refunds to registrations?
Changes and requests for a full refund must be received by TBD date. No exceptions! Processing fees may apply for all changes and requests. Can't attend? You can send someone in your place at no charge. Let us know so we can update the registration.

Do students receive a discounted rate?
Full-time students with a valid school ID receive a discounted rate. The student rate includes all conference sessions and receptions. Students must pay for mobile sessions and other activities that require additional payment. 

What types of payments do you accept at Onsite Registration?
Credit cards are preferred, but cash and checks will also be accepted. Onsite registration rates are higher than pre-registration rates. 

Where can I register for mobile sessions online?
Registrations for mobile sessions are open and most are full. Please add them with your registration. You must purchase a ticket to attend a mobile session. Forgot to add a mobile session? Access your original receipt (found in your email) and add the mobile session.
