When will conference online registration end?
Conference pre-registration will end on Monday, October 7, 2024.
Where can I view the agenda?
Can I register for the conference after online registration ends?
After Monday, October 7th, all registration must be done on-site at the Greenville Convention Center. Onsite registration rates are higher than pre-registration rates.
What were the 2024 early online registration rates?
The full conference rate for members is $382. One day rates are available. Rates can be found online.
Do you allow changes and refunds to registrations?
Changes and requests for a full refund must be received by September 29, 2024. No exceptions! Processing fees may apply for all changes and requests.
Do students receive a discounted rate?
Students with a valid school ID receive a discounted rate of $100. The student rate does include all conference sessions and receptions. Students must pay for mobile sessions and other activities that require additional payment.
What types of payments do you accept at Onsite Registration?
Credit cards are preferred, but cash and checks will also be accepted.
Where can I register for mobile Sessions online?
Most registrations for mobile sessions are open! Some will have limited space. Some will have fees. You can register online.
What are the hotel options?
APA-NC has hotel blocks (until September 15th) at the Holiday Inn and Hilton.
