Three Oaks is looking to hire an entry-level planner excited about developing innovative, equitable, and transformative multimodal solutions that improve mobility, strengthen communities, and respect the environment. You will be able to work on active transportation and public engagement in various planning studies, including local, regional, and state-wide plans, safety action plans, corridor studies, and downtown plans. In your day-to-day work, you will assist with existing conditions analysis, policy research, in-person and virtual engagement, network development, visualizations, design concepts, funding strategies, and plan production. A dedicated, growing, multimodal team of active and public transportation professionals will support your work

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience related to multimodal transportation planning
• Broad understanding of multimodal transportation planning best practices and trends
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Basic understanding of ArcGIS Pro
• Experience in graphic production in Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail  
• Desire to work collaboratively with people of various backgrounds and disciplines 
• Bachelor’s degree
